Country music fans visiting South Georgia this summer will have the chance to see one of the genre’s most recognizable voices when Travis Tritt takes the stage at Wild Adventures Theme Park as part of the park’s 2026 Wild Adventures LIVE! Concert Series.
The GRAMMY Award-winning artist and Georgia native is scheduled to perform at 8 p.m. at the Wild Adventures LIVE! Amphitheater during the park’s Celebrate America Festival, adding a major concert experience to a day already filled with rides, animals, water attractions, and family entertainment.
More than three decades after launching a career that produced hits such as “It’s a Great Day to Be Alive,” “T-R-O-U-B-L-E,” and “Here’s a Quarter (Call Someone Who Cares),” Tritt remains one of country music’s most enduring touring acts. His blend of traditional country and Southern rock continues to draw devoted fans nationwide, making his appearance one of the highlights of the park’s summer entertainment lineup.
“We’re so excited for Travis Tritt to take the Wild Adventures LIVE! Amphitheater stage,” said Asher Raymond, public relations specialist for Wild Adventures. “Travis Tritt will have park guests saying, ‘It’s a Great Day to Be Alive’ with his electrifying stage presence.”
One of the biggest draws of the Wild Adventures LIVE! Concert Series is that general admission to the concert is included with a regular park ticket or Season Pass. Guests in the general admission area may bring chairs and blankets, creating a relaxed outdoor concert atmosphere that appeals to families and music fans alike.
Visitors looking for a premium experience can purchase reserved seating in advance. Discounts are available for Gold and Diamond Season Passholders, while day-of-show reserved seating remains available for guests wanting guaranteed seats closer to the stage.
Tritt’s performance is part of the park’s Celebrate America Festival powered by Georgia Power, a patriotic summer event featuring live entertainment, special promotions, and military appreciation initiatives. Through July 12, active-duty and retired military members receive free admission with valid military identification or a DD Form 214.
For travelers considering a summer getaway, Wild Adventures continues to position itself as one of the Southeast’s best-value family destinations. Located in Valdosta, Georgia, just off Interstate 75 between Atlanta and Orlando, the 170-acre park combines more than 35 rides, hundreds of exotic animals, and Splash Island Waterpark in a single destination.
The concert series will continue throughout the season with performances by The Beach Boys, Australian Pink Floyd, Skillet, and for KING + COUNTRY, giving visitors multiple opportunities to pair a theme park visit with a live concert experience.
With a chart-topping country music legend, free concerts included with admission, and a full lineup of summer attractions, Travis Tritt’s appearance may be one of the best reasons yet to plan a visit to Wild Adventures during the Celebrate America Festival.
