Vocalists

If you have a voice that can captivate a crowd, this is your moment. Prepare two songs in a pop or country style, and don’t worry about finding accompaniment – piano accompaniment will be provided. Alternatively, you can bring pre-recorded accompaniment. Be ready to showcase your versatility, as you might also be asked to learn a short dance or movement combination.

Theatrical Actors

Bring your best family-friendly material and prepare to shine for two minutes. Kings Island is on the lookout for performers who can bring laughter and joy to families visiting the park.

Dancers & “PEANUTS” Characters

If you’ve got the moves or the charisma to portray beloved characters like those from the PEANUTS gang, Kings Island wants to see you in action. Wear appropriate dance attire and be ready to learn a dance combination that could have you grooving in the spotlight.

Musicians

For those who create magic with instruments, prepare two selections in a contemporary pop style. A drum set will be provided, so bring your rhythm and showcase your musical prowess.

Average Weekly Rate

Musicians, in particular, have an enticing average weekly rate of $768, making this opportunity not only a chance to showcase your talent but also a rewarding experience.

Audition Details 

The auditions will take place from Friday, Dec 15 through Tuesday, Dec 19, between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. No appointments are necessary; all auditions are Open Call. Make sure to bring a current resume, a headshot, and a detailed availability list from May 1 through mid-August.
