Dollywood is rolling out the red carpet for the heroes among us—those who serve our communities day in and day out. Starting July 28, the park is once again hosting Public Employees Appreciation Days, offering special savings and perks as a heartfelt thank-you.

Eligible guests—including members of the military, first responders, school system employees, government workers, and medical professionals—can purchase one-day admission tickets to Dollywood for just $59 plus tax. The offer is available online only at Dollywood.com/PublicEmployee and is valid for visits July 28 through September 14. Employment status must be verified through ID.me, and each eligible guest can buy up to six discounted tickets.

But the appreciation doesn’t stop there. Public employees can also take advantage of exclusive resort discounts at Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa and the HeartSong Lodge & Resort, with up to 15% off nightly stays between July 28 and September 15.

Even better? These specially priced admission tickets can be upgraded to season passes, giving guests the chance to soak up all the fun of Dollywood’s 40th anniversary season.

There’s still plenty to enjoy this summer and beyond. Smoky Mountain Summer Celebration continues through August 3, with vibrant entertainment, immersive experiences, and nighttime dance parties lighting up the park.

Then comes fall, and with it, Dollywood’s Harvest Festival presented by Humana, running September 12 through October 27. The event features stunning seasonal décor, thousands of carved pumpkins, creative fall treats, and the beloved Great Pumpkin LumiNights—recently honored as the best theme park harvest event in the world.

And to cap off the year in true Dollywood fashion, Smoky Mountain Christmas presented by Humana returns November 1 through January 4, 2026. With over six million dazzling lights, heartwarming holiday shows, and a festive atmosphere that fills every corner of the park, it’s no wonder it’s considered one of the best Christmas events in the industry.

Whether you’re a teacher, nurse, firefighter, or government worker, Dollywood invites you to come celebrate, relax, and make memories with your family—all at a special price, just for you.
