Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari is set to debut a new food-focused event this summer, Summer Wine’d Down, beginning August 4 and continuing through September 13, 2025. The family-friendly culinary festival will feature 30 exclusive menu items available only during the event, served across various dining locations in both parks.
“Our industry-leading Food & Beverage team has put a lot of thought and creativity into this new lineup,” said Matt Eckert, Holiday World’s President and CEO. “I’ve tried a few of the new menu items and they’re truly outstanding. Families are going to love trying these exciting dishes from around the parks.”
While the full menu has not yet been released, early highlights include Honey Sesame Shrimp, Chicken & Waffle Biscuit with hot honey, a Brisket Biscuit, and Star-Spangled Beignets. Select dishes will feature suggested wine pairings, which will be available for purchase at designated locations throughout the park.
To enhance the experience, guests can purchase an Event Tasting Pass, available both online and in the park. The pass allows guests to sample five festival-exclusive items and can be redeemed all in one day or spread across multiple visits during the event.

The Summer Wine’d Down festival adds to a growing lineup of seasonal offerings at the park. Holidays in the Sky, a nightly drone and fireworks show, runs through August 3. Friday Night Live! returns this year with extended dates, offering live music, drink specials, and night rides every Friday from August 22 through October 24. Happy Halloween Weekends return September 20 and continue through October 26, with extended hours on select Saturdays.
Holiday World is open daily through August 17. Splashin’ Safari remains open through September 13, and Holiday World will close for the season on November 2.
