With an action-packed 40th anniversary season ahead, Dollywood Parks & Resorts is hosting several hiring events in January and February to recruit team members for the 2025 season.
Following the recent opening of Dollywood’s HeartSong Lodge & Resort in November and the Dolly Parton Experience this past May, The Dollywood Company is poised for continued growth, offering abundant career opportunities across all properties. With exciting perks such as 100% free tuition, competitive wages, and complimentary lunches, Dollywood positions itself as an attractive workplace for those seeking seasonal jobs or long-term careers.
Positions are available across Dollywood, Dollywood’s Splash Country, Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa, and Dollywood’s HeartSong Lodge & Resort. Job seekers can explore opportunities for full-season roles or shorter-term positions during peak summer and holiday seasons. Most hiring event attendees will have the chance to secure a job on the spot.
The first hiring event is set for Saturday, Jan. 18, at Sevier County High School from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., followed by events at Jefferson County High School (Jan. 25), Seymour Heights Christian Church (Feb. 1), Newport Community Center (Feb. 8), Sevierville Civic Center (Feb. 15), and Morristown Landing (Feb. 22). With the exception of the Feb. 8 event, which runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., all events will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Applicants must be at least 14 years old, and roles are available in areas such as park operations, culinary services, merchandise, ride operations, ticketing, housekeeping, and more. Dollywood’s Splash Country is hiring for lifeguards, grounds crew, and culinary positions, while Dollywood’s lodging properties are seeking food and beverage staff, front desk attendants, bell/valet services, and housekeeping team members.

In addition to competitive wages, Dollywood employees enjoy unique benefits, including free tuition through Herschend’s GROW U. program, free admission to Dollywood and Dollywood’s Splash Country for family and friends, and access to the Dollywood Family Healthcare Center. Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as childcare support.
Dollywood Parks & Resorts has earned numerous accolades as an employer, including being named a national Top Workplace by USA Today/Gannett and receiving top honors for customer service in Newsweek’s Best Theme Parks rankings.
