“Jewels of the Sea: The Jellyfish Experience” at SeaWorld San Diego
SeaWorld San Diego is set to unveil “Jewels of the Sea: The Jellyfish Experience,” the first of its kind at SeaWorld parks. This immersive and interactive aquarium invites guests to dive into the heart of the ocean, where they’ll be greeted by a kaleidoscope of colors and shapes. Moon Jellyfish, Pacific Sea Nettles, Upside-Down Jellyfish, and Comb Jellies will gracefully glide through the water, showcasing their hypnotic movements.

The experience features an 18-foot-tall cylinder, a 10-foot-tall acrylic living arch of jellyfish, and virtual oceanic moments that range from calm waters to dynamic crescendos. Guests can even upgrade their experience with a behind-the-scenes tour led by an aquarist and learn about jellyfish propagation. It’s a fun and educational way to explore the beauty and diversity of these translucent species while gaining a better understanding of ocean conservation.
