As Dollywood Parks & Resorts prepares for its popular fall festivals and Smoky Mountain Christmas celebration, the company is looking to add hundreds of new team members through a series of hiring events scheduled in late July and throughout August.

With positions available across Dollywood theme park, Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa, and Dollywood’s HeartSong Lodge & Resort, many applicants can expect to be hired on the spot, making it an ideal opportunity for anyone seeking seasonal work, part-time employment or a long-term career in hospitality and tourism.

Hiring Events Begin July 30

The next hiring event takes place Thursday, July 30, from 2 to 6:30 p.m. at the Sevierville Civic Center, located at 200 Gary Wade Blvd. Additional hiring events will be held every Thursday in August at the same location.

A special weekend hiring event is also scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 8, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa.

Applicants are encouraged to attend the earliest event possible for the widest selection of available positions.

Dollywood is hiring for both the remainder of the 2026 operating season and shorter peak-season positions leading into the Christmas holidays. Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
