Dollywood is once again offering a special spring ticket discount for the people who serve their communities every day, and it could be one of the best theme park values of the season.

As part of its returning Public Employee Appreciation Days promotion, Dollywood is giving qualifying public employees across the country the chance to purchase a one-day admission ticket online for just $59 plus tax. The offer begins April 13 and is available for a limited time, giving eligible guests a chance to visit during one of the park’s most colorful times of year.

Who qualifies for Dollywood’s Public Employee Appreciation Days offer?

The promotion is open to verified members of the military, first responders, school system employees, government employees and medical employees nationwide. Guests must verify their employment status through ID.me in order to access the discount.

Once verified, eligible public employees may purchase up to six one-day Dollywood admission tickets at the special $59 price. Those tickets are valid for visits from April 13 through May 17, providing several weeks for guests to plan a spring trip to the Smoky Mountains.

Dollywood’s spring festival makes this offer even more appealing

The timing of the promotion lines up with one of the park’s signature seasonal events. Guests who visit during the offer window can enjoy Dollywood’s Flower & Food Festival, which runs from April 18 through June 7.

The festival is known for its larger-than-life Mosaiculture displays, vibrant spring atmosphere and more than 1 million blooms spread throughout the park. For many families, it is one of the most visually stunning times of the year to visit Dollywood, making the discounted ticket offer especially attractive.

Public employees can also save on season passes and resort stays

The savings go beyond a single park visit. Verified public employees can also save $35 on the online purchase of a Dollywood season pass if they buy through the same offer link before May 17.

That bonus makes the promotion even more valuable for guests who may want to return later in the year for more of Dollywood’s seasonal festivals and entertainment.

Eligible guests can also receive 15% off per night at Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa and Dollywood’s HeartSong Lodge & Resort during the offer period. For families looking to turn a park visit into a longer getaway, those resort savings add another layer of value.

Dollywood’s 2026 season is packed with major events

For guests considering a season pass, Dollywood’s 2026 lineup gives them plenty of reasons to come back.

Later this summer, Dollywood’s Smoky Mountain Summer Celebration will feature a patriotic theme as Sweet Summer Nights takes to the skies in honor of America’s 250th anniversary. The park also is bringing back family-friendly entertainment favorites including “Gazillion Bubble Show: Aurora” and “Perondi’s Stunt Dog Experience.”

In the fall, Dollywood’s Harvest Festival returns with thousands of carved pumpkins, live entertainment and the popular Great Pumpkin LumiNights experience. The season then wraps up with Smoky Mountain Christmas, an annual favorite that fills the park with 6 million lights, holiday shows and the warm atmosphere Dollywood fans have come to expect.

Why Dollywood’s ticket deal stands out

In a time when theme park prices continue to climb, Dollywood’s Public Employee Appreciation Days promotion offers a meaningful thank-you paired with real savings.

For qualifying guests, the return of the $59 ticket deal provides an affordable way to experience one of the country’s top theme parks during one of its most beautiful seasonal windows. With added discounts on season passes and resort stays, the offer goes beyond a single day and opens the door to a much bigger Dollywood experience in 2026.
