As spring settles into South Georgia, Wild Adventures Theme Park is turning up the volume for its milestone season.
The park will launch its 2026 Wild Adventures LIVE! Concert Series on Saturday, April 11, with a performance by Kansas, setting the tone for a season-long celebration of its 30th anniversary. The opening night show begins at 8 p.m. inside the Wild Adventures LIVE! Amphitheater, blending the energy of a live concert with the laid-back atmosphere of a theme park evening.
For many guests, the draw goes beyond just another concert. With more than five decades of music behind them and over 30 million albums sold worldwide, Kansas brings a catalog of timeless hits that still resonate across generations. Songs like “Carry On Wayward Son” and “Dust in the Wind” have become part of the classic rock soundtrack, continuing to find new life through streaming, film and television.
That sense of nostalgia is exactly what park leaders are leaning into to open the series.
“When Kansas takes the stage, you can feel the crowd connect and relive those moments when they first heard this iconic band,” said public relations specialist Asher Raymond. “That’s exactly how we wanted to start the series.”
Access to the concert is designed to be both flexible and accessible. Guests can attend with a regular park admission ticket or Season Pass, with general concert admission priced at $10. The amphitheater’s open seating area encourages a relaxed, festival-style experience, where guests can bring chairs or blankets and settle in for the night.
For those looking to enhance the experience, reserved seating is available at varying price points depending on pass level, with advance discounts for Gold and Diamond Season Passholders. Season Passes also unlock one of the biggest perks of the series—free general concert admission for every show throughout the season—making it an appealing option for repeat visitors.
The Kansas performance is just the opening act for a diverse lineup that stretches across genres and generations. Throughout the 2026 season, Wild Adventures will welcome artists including Tyler Hubbard, ZZ Top, Chris Janson, Travis Tritt, The Beach Boys, Skillet and for KING + COUNTRY, along with tribute acts and contemporary performers that broaden the appeal.

Set in Valdosta, Georgia, just off Interstate 75 between Atlanta and Orlando, Wild Adventures has long positioned itself as a hybrid destination where rides, wildlife encounters and live entertainment come together in one place. The 170-acre park features more than 35 rides, hundreds of animals and Splash Island Waterpark, creating a full-day experience that extends well beyond the midway.
But during concert nights, the focus shifts. The coasters quiet down, the lights of the amphitheater take center stage and the park transforms into something closer to an outdoor music venue—one where the soundtrack of a generation echoes through the Georgia night.
For a park celebrating three decades, it’s a fitting way to begin.
